Trunk or Treat Fun
It was all fun & games yesterday at the Annual Academy Trunk or Treat! Parents, grandparents, and congregation members alike lined up their cars in the upper parking lot on Tuesday morning and opened their trunks full of candy and festive decor so that our preschoolers could trick-or-treat in their trunks (hence the name, "trunk-or-treat!").
We were blown away by the creativity of the car decorations, and our kids felt so special as they walked around. Our own Directors of Children and Youth made sure the day was extra special for the kids by walking the grounds as Mickey & Minnie and participating in games and activities in-character.
