Declaration Regarding PDCPC Ordination Standards

At its September 23rd, 2008 meeting, the Session of PDCPC unanimously approved a resolution to state clearly our position regarding standards for ordination. While we are sensitive to the reality that there may be a variety of personal beliefs regarding this matter, we believe it is in the best interest of our congregation to state the Session and Pastors' position.

It is important to note that this requirement applies only to ordination standards and not to membership in our congregation or denomination. Our Pastors and Session are more than willing to speak with you individually about this decision and welcome your response.
