Notice of Annual Congregational Meeting
Our annual Congregational Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, December 13, 2020. To assure the widest possible communication with our Covenant Partners. we are planning two conducts:
a. In Person, immediately following our 9:30 am worship service (say 10:45 am), 12/13/20
b. ZOOM, to allow those not able to attend in person an opportunity to meet on line: 3:00 pm, 12/13/20
Agenda will include review of Session approved PDCPC Budget for 2021 and proposed amendment to our By Laws, Article VII Nominating Committee.
An information package including the above items is being forwarded to each member of record via email as well as USPS for those without an email on file.
