Projects Supported by PDCPC Missions Committee
- Caps for Kids-Mongolia, Joan Macfadyen, PDCPC - over 4700 warm caps have been created by knitters and crocheters volunteering their time and talent (and yarn) from PDCPC and other places - then sent to the street children and the very poor.
- Medsend - a ministry that frees physicians to go into the mission fields by alleviating medical school debts.
- Operation Christmas Child, Samaritan's Purse, Barbara Peters, PDCPC - over 700 shoeboxes filled with love have been collected this year from our church alone and sent overseas to children all over the world in the regions most hit by war, famine & natural disasters.
- Sewing in Mexico, Millie Voll, PDCPC - traveling 4 times a year to Juarez, Mexico, the woman and teenage girls are taught to sew at Hands of Luke Orphanage.
